Corporate Communications Assessment The Corporate Communication Assessment (CCA) is a way for your company to evaluate its internal communication practices against standards of quality communication.

The CCA measures and evaluates:

  • Information needs of employees
  • Quality of electronic communications
  • Sources, adequacy and timeliness of information
  • Effectiveness of oral and written communication
  • Effectiveness of multi-cultural communication
  • Level of teamwork and morale
  • Level of productivity and job satisfaction

Training Needs Assessment
Our Training Needs Assessment allows you to quickly learn the training needs of your managers and employees. By using our online assessment, we save you from having to develop and implement the survey, put the questions in a computer program, and run analyses on the information you collect. The Training Needs Assessment is a quick and inexpensive way to identify the types if training needed by your company.

Team Assessment
The Team Assessment helps team members improve their team effectiveness by identifying how well they are currently functioning. The assessment is based on a well research model that describes the 10 competencies needed for a high performing team. Results of the assessment are analyzed to determine team strengths and development needs—which can then lead to a customized team training program.

Supervisory Training Needs Assessment
If your company is unsure of its supervisory training needs, Watson Training & Development can provide you with an online needs assessment. The assessment identifies areas of supervisory knowledge, skills and practice in order to determine which of the 12 training modules from our Leadership Series are appropriate. Customer Satisfaction Survey The Customer Satisfaction Survey allows your company to see how your customers are rating your business. Once you know how your customers view your business, you can take steps to address areas in need of improvement. Financial Well-Being Survey This survey allows individuals to assess their level of financial well-being compared to the general population of adults in the United States. A score on the Financial Well-Being Survey can alert individuals about what might have been previously undetected financial difficulties or confirm one’s sense of average or high financial well-being. Companies can also use the survey to determine the level of financial well- being among their employees. Studies show that employees with low to moderate scores are less productive on the job and may point to the need for financial education.
